Hello and welcome,

I'm Dominique 🦋, the founder and creator of Divinely Dosed. I'm excited to share my story and introduce you to our mission of providing natural, high-quality beauty, wellness, and herbal tea products!

Our Story

My journey began with what I like to call a spiritual awakening , that transformed my perspective on personal care and wellness. This experience led me to thoroughly examine everything I was putting on and in my body—from skincare products to the music I listened to. I came to understand that our skin, being our largest organ, deserves products of the highest quality. I believe our bodies are temples that deserve the utmost care and respect.

During my research, I made a significant observation: many beauty companies marketed to the Black community were either no longer Black-owned or had never been Black-owned at all. This revelation was particularly concerning because creating effective products for the Black community requires an intimate understanding of our unique needs and hair chemistry.

While researching herbs for hair care, I discovered the profound healing properties these natural ingredients possessed beyond just beauty applications. I began incorporating these herbs into my daily life through carefully crafted tea blends and wellness rituals. This exploration became especially meaningful when I realized that many health conditions affecting our community—such as diabetes and hypertension—could be supported through natural, herbal remedies alongside proper medical care.

My personal transformation through herbal wellness inspired me to create products that nurture both inside and out. I believe that true beauty and health start from within, which is why Divinely Dosed offers both nourishing hair care products and mindfully crafted herbal tea blends. Our teas are designed to support overall wellness while complementing our external beauty routines.

The Birth of Divinely Dosed

As a Haitian American with naturally kinky hair, I became increasingly concerned about the potentially harmful ingredients in many mainstream hair products. This discovery, combined with my understanding of the beauty industry's ownership landscape, inspired me to create something better—products I could confidently use in my own hair without worrying about harmful ingredients.

Thus, Divinely Dosed was born with three core principles:
